Blackhawk Dance

so even though Valentine's Day might not be my favorite holiday of the year, it still offers some fun times! our church here in Madison (Blackhawk Church) hosts a dance every year on Valentine's Day weekend. basically its like the best wedding reception you've ever been to, minus the wedding stuff. ;) its also a good excuse to get all dressed up and hang out with your friends!

Tamarra (a friend from my life group), Holly (my roommate), me, and Stephanie (one of my friends) all got ready together and then went out to dinner at Pedro's (mmmm mexican!) with a group of friends before we headed to the dance. don't we look great?! :)


















Holly doesn't normally dress up much so she got quite the reactions from some people! her boyfriend Shawn also enjoyed sporting his tailored red suit he got while on STINT in East Asia.
