wish i could play the piano...

if i could have a talent that i don't already possess, it would definitely be to either play the piano or draw. my current piano skills are limited to plunking out the keys as i follow some sheet music, but i have not yet mastered the skill of using both my right and left hands and making it sound pretty! :) and we won't even talk about my drawing skills...

as part of stephanie's birthday extravaganza (the rest being the Bucks game, Blackhawk dance, seeing the movie he's just not that into you, & generally spending lots of time together) we went to a jon mclaughlin concert. he played at the majestic in madison and we all fell a little more in love. ;)

here is a brief list of reasons we love jmcl:
1. he loves Jesus
2. he is a ridiculous piano player
3. he is adorable
4. he loves his adorable wife
5. he puts on a super fun show
6. he has great music!

we of course were right up front for the concert and enjoyed every minute of it! here are a few pics for you to enjoy the fun of it too!
